Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! You can pause your direct debit membership, just let us know before the week you want to pause. You can request your hold through the app.

Can I extend my pack?
Yes, as long as you let us know before it expires ….. except the Monster 5-Pack it’s a discounted option, so no extensions on this one.

You can share session packs and our monthly membership options with family or friends, making them a great flexible choice for couples or families.

Our weekly direct debit membership is individual only and cannot be shared, as it is linked to one member’s ongoing weekly access.

Parents can also manage and pay for their child’s membership by linking accounts in the app, including direct debit memberships.

Missed a class?
If you don’t cancel and miss a booked session, it counts as used, no refunds or rollovers.

Need to cancel?
Easy, just do it in the app at least 2 hours before class starts to keep your session credit.

Class full?
Join the waitlist in the app. We’ll notify you if a spot opens, just keep an eye on your texts/emails.
