But they like you enough to give you one of our limited Brisbane Pilates Guest Passes, and we don't hand those things out to just anybody.

In fact, we'd go as far as saying your friend thinks you're one of the good ones. So welcome.

Your Guest Pass

Your Guest Pass gives you access to a complimentary Brisbane Pilates class.

Before you book, we'll just need you to complete the online registration and waiver paperwork. It only takes a couple of minutes and means we can spend more time helping you and less time shuffling forms around.

Once that's done, you'll be able to choose a class and experience Brisbane Pilates for yourself.

What Should I Wear?

Anything comfortable that you can move in. Think activewear, leggings, t-shirts or gym gear. You'll also need clean socks or grip socks (if you already have a pair).

What Should I Bring?

✔ Grip socks
✔ Your friend (optional, but recommended)
✔ A willingness to try something new

A Few Things To Know

Arrive a few minutes early so we can introduce you to the Reformer and answer any questions.

Don't stress if you've never done Pilates before. Every week we welcome complete beginners into our classes.

Nobody expects you to know what you're doing. Most of us are still figuring it out too.
