Why I Created the Baddie Challenge (and Why You Might Need It Too)

Let’s get one thing straight—this isn’t your average “new year, new me” crash-and-burn mission.
This is the Baddie Challenge. A 12-week rebellion against perfection culture.
A movement toward consistency, self-respect, and finally choosing you.
And no, I am not asking you to give up bread or start drinking celery juice. I’m just done with starting “next Monday.”

This whole thing started because… well, I’ve been there. Still am.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve started fresh more times than you care to admit.
Maybe you’ve tried a super restrictive diet that left you half-starved and low-key feral by Thursday. Or you threw yourself into a hectic workout routine, couldn’t walk for three days, and decided you’d “start again next Monday.” Again. And again.

Because you’ve tried the all-or-nothing approach—and it keeps leaving you with nothing. You cut everything you love, smash a workout you hate, and by the weekend you’re halfway through a tub of ice cream wondering why your legs still hate you.
Sound familiar? Yeah. Me too. That’s why I built this challenge—because I need it too.

We’re not chasing perfection. We’re building momentum.

This isn’t about changing your whole life overnight. That’s where most people go wrong. We’re going small, steady, powerful.
Little shifts that add up. Bit by bit.
Science agrees (cheers, James Clear)—habits that stick are the ones you can actually live with. Not the ones that make you cry in your pantry or in your car outside the gym.

Why now? Because your time matters.

I’m tired of watching amazing people put themselves last. Especially women.
The mental load, the juggling, the guilt—it’s real. But it doesn’t mean you have to abandon yourself in the process.

You deserve to feel strong. To sleep better. To move and laugh and like who you are. Not because you hit some random goal weight—but because you showed up.

And guess what? If you fall off? We don’t quit. We tweak, we laugh, we get back in the damn ring.

One last thing...

If there’s anything I want to be known for when I eventually yeet off this planet—it’s that I lifted people up! If you need to fly, I will help you build the wings. If you doubt yourself, or think your goals are too big or too silly, I’m the one standing behind you with pom-poms ……. and snacks. Maybe even tears.

So don’t miss this. Don’t be watching your mate glow up in 12 weeks while you’re still stuck in “maybe later” mode.
Besides, it’s winter. What else are you doing?

Let’s go.
