    Access to a Reformer? This one’s for you.
    These sessions mirror our in studio workouts, so you can stay in rhythm even when you’re not booked in. Expect guided sequences that build strength, stability, and flow all in that classic Brisbane Pilates style.
    Perfect for: Members with a reformer at home, want to workout in our studio when classes are not on or those who want to extend their studio practice.

  • Matwork Pilates

    Pilates Matwork

    All you need is a mat, a bit of space, and your own bodyweight.
    Our matwork programs are designed to challenge your core, improve posture, and bring back that mind-body connection minus the fancy equipment. Ideal for travel, small spaces, or days when you want to keep things simple but still feel the burn.

  • Strength Training

    Weights … Strength Made Simple

    Whether you’re new to lifting or ready to level up your home workouts, this one’s for you.
    Choose between Intro to Weights or Strength Conditioning, at home or in the gym - we have you covered. You’ll learn the basics of safe, effective lifting squats, presses, lunges, deadlifts and build confidence with structured progressions designed by our trainers.
    Expect real results, better movement, and a newfound love for strength training.
